Alex McFarlane serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Housing Authority, bringing a wealth of leadership experience that spans over 24 years of distinguished military service. Since joining the team in February 2022, Alex has leveraged his expertise in various leadership roles to enhance the organization’s operations and community impact.

Before transitioning to the Housing Authority, Alex was a Senior Project Manager at Georgia’s fourth-largest landscape company, where he excelled in mentoring and training teams across multiple areas. His ability to lead diverse groups, including translating all training documents, played a crucial role in supporting both residents and the Latin community, further demonstrating his commitment to inclusivity and effective communication.
