The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston proposes the following changes to the ACOP (Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy) for the Low Income Public Housing Program. Pursuant to 24 CFR Part 10, the Agency must provide the public with notice of the proposed changes and the opportunity to comment.
