The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston will be accepting ONLINE applications for Archer School Apartments (55 years & older ONLY)
ONE (1) and TWO (2) Bedrooms
Each bedroom size has been assigned a submission date. The designated date will be the ONLY day available to apply.
Tuesday, December 17, 2024 – One (1) Bedroom and TWO (2) Bedrooms

Online applications will open at 12:00 NOON on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, and close at 1:00 p.m.
No applications will be accepted via mail, fax, or email.
You can complete your online application using a cell phone, tablet, or computer with internet or Wi-Fi access.
If you are a person who is unable to complete an online application due to a physical or mental impairment, such as blindness, amputation (HANDS), etc., please call.
The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston on Monday, December 16, 2024, between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm to complete a phone screening for reasonable accommodation at (843) 377-1818.
**Should you qualify for reasonable accommodation, you will be set up for an appointment to complete the application on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
Should you NOT qualify for reasonable accommodation, you will be asked to complete the waitlist application online beginning Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
