WAIT LIST APPLICANTS – NEW APPLICANT PORTAL
The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston is upgrading to a new Waiting List portal. To be eligible to apply for any upcoming waitlists and update your existing application details we ask you to register in the new online portal.
To register, please go to our portal website at housing.chacity.org
If you are an existing resident or waitlist applicant on any program or wait list with the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston you will receive an email AND letter, sent to the information we have on file for you, inviting you to register at our new website housing.chacity.org. You will need that email or letter to register.
