Brad Walbeck is the Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from both public and private sectors. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Brad earned his bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Grove City College, PA, before making the move to the Lowcountry in 1995. He later pursued and earned a master’s degree in human resource management.

Certified as a Senior Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Brad’s career spans a diverse range of organizations. He has contributed his expertise to institutions such as the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston Water Systems, and the Town of Mt. Pleasant. His private sector experience includes working for Daimler-Chrysler, and prior to his current role, he served as HR Director for the Charleston-based law firm Clement Rivers.
